- Sign up. Register online and choose your plan: Free, $9, $19, $39 Concierge, or $149 VIP.
- Set your preferences. Choose your loved one’s check-in schedule, contact method (call or text), and who gets notified if something’s off.
- Charlie checks in daily. Depending on the plan, your loved one receives an automated call or text or, with VIP, a brief scheduled call from a trained live caller.
